Is AI really included at this price?
Yes, every plan is a flat monthly fee with AI included. You can either let Quincer route your traffic through our managed model pool or bring your own key (BYOK) and pay the model provider directly at cost. There is no per-resolution or per-message surcharge.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one back-and-forth session with one visitor, however many messages it takes. Idle page visits, opens that never produce a message, and bot-only pings don't count. Voice minutes are billed separately under the Voice add-on.
Why is every plan limited to one brand?
Each brand gets its own dedicated knowledge base, personas, voice configuration, integrations, and analytics. Running multiple brands on one plan dilutes all of that. If you operate several brands, run a Quincer account per brand. The dashboard supports per-brand login and billing.
What are Memory functions, and why are they on Growth and Scale?
Memory lets Quincer remember a visitor across sessions, recognize a returning caller by phone number, and build a long-term semantic profile that informs future replies. It's the single biggest lift to conversion and CSAT we've measured. Growth and Scale customers see the compounding benefit. Starter is intentionally session-only so the math on the lower price stays sane.
Do I need a developer to install it?

How does the Voice add-on work?
Voice is an opt-in on top of any plan. Pick a metered monthly plan: Voice 60 ($26/mo), Voice 180 ($59/mo), or Voice 960 ($249/mo); or Voice BYOK Unlimited ($49/mo flat, you bring your own xAI key and pay them directly). What happens if I go over my conversation limit?
We never cut Quincer off mid-month. Overages are flagged in the dashboard and you can upgrade when it makes sense, or stay on the higher tier just for that month.
Can I change my brand colors and copy?
Completely. The widget inherits your brand (colors, name, avatar, welcome message, persona tone) from the dashboard. From Starter up, the Quincer wordmark is removed.
