Lily Nezarati is a co-founder of Quincer, where she leads Sales & Partnerships, driving the go-to-market strategy that brings Quincer's AI Digital Employee platform to businesses across sales, support, and e-commerce.
Before co-founding Quincer, Lily built her career in enterprise cloud and cybersecurity sales. As an Account Executive at Check Point Software Technologies, she ran a full-cycle sales motion, sourcing and closing net-new cybersecurity business while managing and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts. Prior to that, she spent over two years at SADA, an Insight company, first as a Business Development Representative supporting Google Cloud sales across Canadian public- and private-sector accounts, and later as an Account Executive for ISV Partnerships, working directly with independent software vendors to identify and support resale opportunities within SADA's customer base. She began her career in business development at The ALEA Group.
Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Society from York University and completed the Leading Sustainable Corporations program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Ronald J. Dekker is a founding board member of Quincer and an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in enterprise growth, cybersecurity, strategic partnerships, channel development and corporate governance.
Ron has held senior leadership roles with Check Point Software Technologies, Cisco, Tandberg, Ericsson and Williams, helping global technology organizations expand market presence, build high-performance partner ecosystems and strengthen relationships with enterprise, public-sector and regulated-industry customers.
His relationship with Quincer founder Mo Nezarati spans more than a decade. As a key board member of Esna Technologies, Ron helped guide the company's go-to-market, channel and growth strategy through its successful acquisition by Avaya.
Ron brings meaningful board and governance experience, including serving as Chairman of the Board of x20media, which was subsequently acquired by Barco, as well as serving as a Director and Treasurer of the Children's Aid Foundation. He was also a founding member of the Academy of Technology CEOs and a member of the Young Presidents' Organization.

Davide Petramala is a technology executive, entrepreneur and member of Quincer's Board of Directors, bringing more than 25 years of experience building, scaling and commercializing communications, cloud and conversational AI solutions.
As part of the Executive team for Esna Technologies, which was acquired by Avaya, Davide has a proven track record of transforming emerging technologies into successful businesses. He later held senior leadership roles at Avaya, Subspace and SoundHound AI, where he led go-to-market strategy, developed strategic partnerships and helped organizations adopt AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
